The latest rumours coming out of Merseyside is that Klopp will not target an out and out striker in the Summer Transfer Window. Liverpool are a tad thin on the striking front, relying on Origi and Firmino as strikers with Sturridge usually injured and Ings looking set to return in the Summer from injury. Sturridge, regardless of injuries, is a talented player and would look to move on if not guarenteed a starting place so not going for a striker could bring some problems up.

Having Firmino as a striker has worked wonders due to his work ethic and natural ability on the ball but relying on him, especially with more games coming up next season, could cause problems if he got injured. Ings could be a breathe of fresh air in to the Liverpool line up when he returns and Origi is getting better with time so is a striker necessary?
