Liverpool today confirmed the signing of Dominic Solanke from Chelsea. The youngster signs from the Premier League champions for a fee of around £3m. Playing primarily as a striker, the 19 year old will officially become a Liverpool player on the expiration of his contract which is on the 1st of June 2017. 

Despite joining, theoretically, on a free as his contract expires, Liverpool have to agree a fee with Chelsea for the youngsters services as per Premier League rulings. The youngster will bring pace and skill to the Reds attacking line up and will hopefully be revolutionised by Klopp in the very near future.
